Pricing

How much a crypto tax advisor costs

Four fixed tiers based on how complex your portfolio is. We confirm yours as soon as we see your data, before any work starts.

How much it costs

The price depends on how many data sources need reconciling, not on how much you made or how many transactions you have. You know it before we start and it doesn’t change halfway through.

  • Single platform

    €250

    VAT included

All your activity is on one centralised exchange: Binance, Coinbase, Kraken, Bit2Me…

  • Multi-exchange

    €350

    VAT included

You trade on two or three centralised exchanges and move funds between them. Every transfer is matched so it doesn’t count as a sale.

  • Mixed portfolio

    €450

    VAT included

You combine exchanges with self-custody wallets, DeFi, NFTs or stocks, up to three data sources in total.

  • Complex portfolio

    from€700

    VAT included

More than three sources, thousands of transactions, several networks, chained DeFi protocols or incomplete histories that need rebuilding.

Included in every tier

  • Reconciliation of all your sources: buys, sells, swaps, transfers and fees
  • Gains and losses calculated with FIFO, the method the AEAT applies
  • A report with the transaction-by-transaction detail behind every figure
  • A criteria memo: what was decided on each grey area and why
  • Figures ready to carry over to your tax return

What counts as a data source

Each exchange, each self-custody wallet, each DeFi protocol and each broker is one source. Three exchanges are three sources; so are one exchange, one MetaMask and one stock broker.

How the price is fixed

  1. You tell us about your activity

Which platforms you use, which tax years and whether the AEAT is involved. The form below is enough.

  2. We look at your data and confirm the tier

With the exports or the list of sources we tell you which tier is yours and the delivery time we work with.

  3. We start with a fixed price

If something comes up while rebuilding that changes the scope, we explain it and you decide before we go on. There are never surprises on the invoice.

What is quoted separately

The tiers cover the reconciliation and the report. Some work depends on other things; that is quoted separately, also before we start.

Defence before the AEAT

Replying to a request, filing objections or appealing a penalty depends on the case file. We give you a price as soon as we’ve read the notice.

Form 721

The informative return for crypto held abroad is quoted based on the number of custodians and balances to report.

Ongoing advice

Planning a large sale, tracking your portfolio during the year or recurring questions: tailored to what you need.

Firms and accountants

If you refer clients, we work with dedicated terms for firms.

Pricing FAQ

Why don’t you charge by number of transactions?
Because the work isn’t counting transactions, it’s matching sources. A thousand buys on one exchange are processed like ten; what takes time is following the same asset as it moves from an exchange to a wallet and on to a protocol.
Does the price depend on how much I made?
No. We charge for the reconciliation work, not the result. A portfolio with losses takes the same work as one with gains, and it’s often the one most worth documenting properly.
What if my portfolio turns out to be more complex than I thought?
We tell you before we start. The tier is confirmed with your data in front of us, not halfway through, so the price you accept is the price you pay.
How much does it cost to reply to a request from the tax agency?
With an open request, rebuilding your figures costs €150 more in each tier: €400, €500, €600 and from €850, VAT included. The difference is the deadline: your case jumps the queue and is worked against the date set by the tax agency. The written reply and representation before the AEAT are quoted separately as soon as we’ve read the notice, usually the same day.
What do I need to get a quote?
The list of platforms, wallets and protocols you’ve used and the tax years you’re worried about is enough. If you already have the exports or a Koinly or CoinTracking report, even better: we can be more precise.
